Group size: min 5, max 10 people A manageable group size enables me to observe your technique and formulate a fluid improvement plan.
Bespoke classes to suit your group’s abilities I cater for all abilities, from absolute beginners and athletes wanting to make county championships intermediate to advanced, competitive level runners.
Indoor and outdoor training I encourage a healthy mix of indoor training and outdoor activities to keep the session varied and interesting. Indoor activities are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and outdoor fitness is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However I can be flexible to suit your group requirements.
