Jasyn is a fantastic coach and trainer! He is a really nice guy who is lots of fun to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about exactly which exercises, drills or stretches each client needs. And, even more importantly, he has a great talent for motivating his clients, helping them to set goals, and inspiring them to improve and gradually achieve their goals.
When I met him in 2006 I was trying to lower my running time for the World Outgames in Montreal. After just 8 weeks of training Jasyn had me beating my personal best, running faster at 49 than I did at 35!
